Sports Massage
Sports massage addresses the particular needs of an individual, aiding the body in returning to levels of functional, occupational and sports-specific fitness regardless of age and ability. Using deep, manipulating massage techniques, sports massage promotes relaxation, stimulates circulation and produces therapeutic benefits for injured and tired muscles.

Although most people think of sports massage after exercise, it is also beneficial pre-event to help warm up muscles and provide focus for the event ahead. Sports massage should be used regularly to keep muscles toned and free of a build up of lactic acid which can cause sluggishness and possibly lead to injury.

A combination of techniques including deep tissue, effleurage and soft tissue release are used to combat achy, painful, tired muscles. Deep tissue massage helps to release lactic acid from the muscles and realign muscle fibres.

Sports massage is beneficial for athletes and       non-athletes alike.

This means that each treatment – like each person – is unique.
Homeopathy can help a wide range of complaints which may be short term or chronic, physical or emotional.

Homeopathic remedies are non addictive and have no dangerous effects. They can be used during pregnancy, for babies, children and the elderly.
